At Restaurant Schmied junior host Lukas is the head of the kitchen team. The passionate chef has been working at Hotel Lagrein in Scena/Schenna for many years, before he decided to return to his family home in spring 2017. Today he swings his saucer in the highly modern kitchen of our hotel in Scena/Schenna and rustles up impressive culinary delights from fresh, seasonal and mainly regional ingredients.
