At Restaurant Schmied junior host Lukas is the head of the kitchen team. The passionate chef has been working at Hotel Lagrein in Scena/Schenna for many years, before he decided to return to his family home in spring 2017. Today he swings his saucer in the highly modern kitchen of our hotel in Scena/Schenna and rustles up impressive culinary delights from fresh, seasonal and mainly regional ingredients. Taste the innovative Alpine-Mediterranean creations of this young kitchen enthusiast in the open and straight-forward ambience of our Restaurant Schmied in Scena/Schenna. Our chef Lukas Daprà and his team creates seasonal dishes that combine the Southtyrolean and mediterranean kitchen. 

We reopen again on 21 March 2024:

From tuesday to saturday our kitchen is open from 6pm until 9.30pm.
The bar is open until 12am.

Sunday and Monday closed.
